I am heading off for Europe on Monday, eep!!!
I’m going to try and update when I can, I would love to do a small post about each place. I also have some amazing bloggers lined up to do guest posts, which I’m very excited about. I have had a sneak peek at one already and it is so absolutely lovely.
I won’t be commenting on blogs while I’m away (Joel would kill me I think!), but I would love for you to pop over so I can share my trip with you . And please let me know how you’re going and keep in touch, whether on here or by email.
Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!!!
xoxo
psst, the places I’m going, in not exactly the right order (I have the worst memory)are: Munich, Rotenberg, Neuschwanstein Castle (Christmas!), Salzburg, Vienna (New Year!), Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Heidelberg, Cologne, Bruges and Dublin. So if you have been to any of those places and know some great things to see, or great places to eat at, any and all info will be much appreciated. :)

SO very excited for you! Have the most fun you possibly can. Can't wait to hear about your adventures and also to read your lovely guests' entries. xoxo
You're going to have a great time!
If you would like any tips on Dublin, shoot me an email: sarainlepetitvillage@gmail.com
I'm so excited for you! I hope you have a safe and wonderful time.
All the best on your blogging and journaling while you are away. I just know you'll have some amazing stories to tell.
Wow, spending the holidays in Europe. I so envy you. Wishing you the best on your travels!
Oh, I'm so jealous. Prague is beautiful. The Spanish synagogue is not to be missed--but you can't take pictures inside. :( We were there during the Easter festival, so there were vendors all over the square by the famous clock tower... so I don't have recommendations for places to eat, because we just got food from street vendors.
Berlin... you have to go to the Egyptian museum. Amazing. The Bode Museum is also nice, but I would recommend a tour guide.
In Paris one of my favorite restaurants is just off the Place St-Michel called Chez le Libanais. Delicious food, if you like Lebanese cuisine. If you like modern and contemporary art, don't miss the Pompidou Center. If you were going in warmer weather I would tell you not to miss the Parc aux Buttes Chaumont, but it might not be worth the effort in the middle of winter.
Of course in Paris basically any crepe stand or sandwich shop on the street will be great, and there is also a huge area for getting different types of food just off the Place St. Michel on the Rue de la Huchette and that general area. There's also a little jazz place called Caveau de la Huchette on that same little street. It completely touristy, but it was still fun to go and enjoy the atmosphere and music.
Have fun!!
Aww I'm soo jealous! Have fun :)
Have a wonderful trip and take lots of pictures to share with all of us!! Have a lovely Christmas and New Year!
Oww you're going to Amsterdam, you'll be so close. Only 45 mins away from me. Drop me a line if you feel like (and have time for) a cup of coffee/tea/hot coco!

that's sounds super fun. can't wait to hear of your adventures and read the guest post.
SO EXCITING!!! have an amazing time! I loved salzburg so much...enjoy the beer there!
merry xmas and i cant wait to see it all!
How exciting! My itchy feet are very jealous. I've spent a fair bit of time in Dublin, and of all the touristy things I found Kilmainham Gaol the most moving. If you're in the city on a Saturday you should try to find the temple bar food market (Just follow the buskers!), amazing huge brownies and the best pies ever.
I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. If you feel like things are going wrong and need some cheering up, let me know and I will give you the list of things I've had stolen/lost and you will immediately feel like the most competent traveller ever!
How very exciting! Travel safely, look at the world with bright eyes, and make sure to share some of your adventures while you're marveling at all the beauty you'll see!
Sounds exciting. Have fun!

I like what you wrote in your profile. I love traveling, I used to live in Houston, USA, and I dream to live in NYC, but where I am now is pretty darn amazing, too, despite everything!
Hello from Indonesia!
